New Burger Joint in South Side Minneapolis with Japanese Soul!

OUR STORY

Inspired by his admiration for all the great burgers of the Twin Cities Kazama-San created the Tokidoki Burger patty; An umami rich, thick, beef patty, based off the Hambàgu, a Japanese hamburger steak. It's a cherished Japanese comfort food that he remembers fondly from the dinner table of his mothers kitchen and is usually served as a Teishoku, a nutritionally complete Japanese dinner set that includes a variety of side dishes (rice, soup, pickles etc.).
